DR3AM Systems provides marketing, AI automation, and software development services. Each engagement is governed by a separate service agreement (statement of work, master services agreement, or signed proposal) which controls in case of conflict with these Terms.

You may use this site for legitimate informational and commercial purposes. You may not: scrape it at scale without permission, attempt to compromise security, copy substantial content for republication, or use it to send spam or malware.
4. Intellectual Property
The site, its design, copy, code, logos, and trademarks are the property of DR3AM Systems or our licensors. You may share short quotes with attribution but may not copy or distribute substantial portions without written permission.
5. Third-Party Services
We use third-party tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Microsoft Clarity, PostHog, GHL, Stripe, Cloudflare). Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
6. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Marketing/business outcomes mentioned in case studies, testimonials, or marketing copy are illustrative examples — your results will depend on your specific business, market, and execution.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DR3AM Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for direct damages is capped at the fees paid for the specific service in question over the 12 months preceding the claim.
